Our Classrooms and Play Areas
Big Muscle Room
The Cat Room (Dramatic Play)
This room changes themes throughout the year. Curriculum themes could be anything from (varies each year) community helpers, grocery store, restaurant, dinosaurs, nocturnal animals, outerspace and post office. Two large sensory tables change often and children enjoy water, sand, "gak" and many other sensory experiences.
The Dinosaur Room (Snack)
One of the children's favorites...the snack room! Parents rotate turns providing daily snacks or planning a cooking lesson with the children.
The Bear Room (Art)
Features paints, colors and chalk out every day for children to encounter. A new art project/experiment is available each class day to expose children to self-expression and creative adventure.
The Bug Room (Science)
Children will find magnets, simulated tornadoes, bugs and critters (plastic of course!) and plant anything from grass to pumpkins in this exciting room.
Big Muscle Room (Movement/Music)
Children and parents alike love this room! It is where Circle Time comes alive with music, dance, scarves, bubbles, rhythm sticks and shaking eggs. Stories are always shared here by the teachers.
The Rainbow Room (Puzzles/Play)
Our most welcoming room features train sets, cars, puzzles, books, dinosaur figurines and our school library where children can check out books to take home.
Adventure is around every corner on our playground! Children will love the swing set, large sand box, riding on the new air plane, blasting off in the rocket, rolling down the grass hill, climbing, sliding and riding bikes and scooters outside.
